Chef Lauren will use produce from CSA California’s farms, Tutti Frutti, Sage Mountain, Tamai, Mud Creek Ranch, and Avila & Sons served with wine from a bio-dynamic vineyard.
1st course: Raw Quiche, Kale Chips, Cauliflower and Brussels Sprout Popcorn
2nd course: Hearty Escarole Bean Soup, Flour-less Squash Bread
3rd course: Asian Stir Fry with Squash Noodles and Eggs, Mint Orange Beef
4th course: Apple Persimmon Custard
